execution is intended to awaken the young person's sense of honor.<\/p><p>Youth detention is not a punishment, but a\u00a0<span style=\"font-size: 17px;\">Custodial measures within the meaning of \u00a7 13 of the\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 17px;\">Juvenile Courts Act JGG).<\/span><\/p><p>According to \u00a7 90JGG, the execution of the\u00a0<span style=\"font-size: 17px;\">the juvenile's sense of honor\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 17px;\">and make him urgently aware of\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 17px;\">that he is responsible for the offense he has committed.\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 17px;\">has to answer for injustice.<\/span><\/p><p>The execution\u00a0<span style=\"font-size: 17px;\">of juvenile detention should\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 17px;\">be designed educationally.<\/span><\/p><p>It should help the young person to\u00a0<span style=\"font-size: 17px;\">overcoming the difficulties that are necessary\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 17px;\">have contributed to the offense.<\/span><\/p><p>The juveniles are required to\u00a0<span style=\"font-size: 17px;\">of juvenile detention the same requirements\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 17px;\">that are necessary for effective education in\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 17px;\">of free time must be placed on him (cf.<\/span><\/p><ul><li>8JAVollzO).<\/li><\/ul><p>The enforcement of youth detention should be\u00a0<span style=\"font-size: 17px;\">that the physical, mental and physical\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 17px;\">and moral development of the young person\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 17px;\">is promoted (cf. \u00a7 10 JAVollzO.).<\/span><\/p><p>Juvenile detention is considered recreational detention for a\u00a0<span style=\"font-size: 17px;\">or two camps (usually weekends),\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 17px;\">as short-term detention for a period of two to four\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 17px;\">days or as long-term detention of at least one\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 17px;\">and a maximum of four weeks (\u00a7\u00a7 1 6,90\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 17px;\">JCC).<\/span><\/p><p>Arrestees are treated as sentenced or suspended arrestees.\u00a0<span style=\"font-size: 17px;\">enforced (Section 11 (3) JGG). Pursuant to Section 23 (1) JGG\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 17px;\">is also possible in the event of a breach of\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 17px;\">against probation conditions possible.<\/span><\/p><p>Juvenile detention can be pronounced several times\u00a0<span style=\"font-size: 17px;\">and is recognized by the juvenile court judge as\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 17px;\">supervised by the enforcement and execution manager.<\/span><\/p><p>Monday is the access day. On this day, the detainees remain in the detention room and\u00a0<span style=\"font-size: 17px;\">also eat all meals there. Detainees who start their detention on Tuesday after 20:00,\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 17px;\">are assigned to the access group in the following week. All times are approximate.<\/span><\/p><p>JUVENILE DETENTION<\/p><p>The execution of juvenile detention is intended to awaken the youth's sense of honor.<\/p><p>Juvenile detention is not a punishment, but a disciplinary measure within the meaning of Section 13 of the Juvenile Court Act (JGG).<\/p><p>According to Section 90 of the Juvenile Court Act (JGG), the execution of juvenile detention is intended to awaken the youth's sense of honor and make them acutely aware that they must take responsibility for the wrong they have committed.<\/p><p>Juvenile detention should be designed as an educational process.<\/p><p>It is intended to help the youth overcome the difficulties that contributed to the commission of the offense.<\/p><p>During the execution of juvenile detention, the same demands must be placed on them as during effective education during their free time (cf. Section 8 of the Juvenile Detention Act).<\/p><p>The execution of juvenile detention should be designed in such a way that the physical, mental, and moral development of the juvenile is promoted (cf. Section 10 of the Juvenile Detention Regulations).<\/p><p>Juvenile detention is imposed as leisure detention for one or two leisure periods (usually weekends), as short-term detention for a period of two to four days, or as permanent detention for a minimum of one and a maximum of four weeks (Sections 16 and 90 of the Juvenile Detention Code).<\/p><p>Detentions are enforced as sentencing or coercive detention (Section 11 (3) of the Juvenile Court Act). According to Section 23 (1) of the Juvenile Court Act, detention may also be enforced in the event of a violation of probation conditions.<\/p><p>Juvenile detention can be imposed multiple times and is supervised by the juvenile court judge as the head of the detention and enforcement department.<\/p><p>Monday is the day of arrival.
