Wismar gets to laugh again! For the 2nd time in January, our bar will be the stage for an evening full of stand-up comedy, entertaining stories and quick-witted punchlines.

Andreas Kalies, 49, is an exciting new voice on the Hamburg stand-up scene. The native of northern Germany has been on stage for two years - with a dry, nasty humor, North German directness and a good dose of self-irony. His Humor thrives on the fact that not everything runs smoothly - Andreas likes to fail on stage because of itself, with tongue-in-cheek consistency.
Malou Benischke should definitely be on your radar. At a young age, she is already one of the most productive comedians on the Leipzig scene. Born in Neubrandenburg, she has shaken off the dreariness of her homeland and performs on comedy stages all over Germany. Now Wismar can look forward to seeing this face.
With Yassine we have been able to acquire another young talent with huge potential. The Hanoverian writes textbook jokes. His skills have not gone undiscovered. After only a short time on stage as a comedian, he joined Alex Stoldt, one of Germany's hottest artists, as a support act on tour.
Kai Borsutzky is now one of the defining figures in the Hamburg comedy cosmos. At first glance, he looks like a nerd who underprioritizes personal hygiene, but as soon as he enters the stage, he takes the audience into his personal world and doesn't let them out so quickly. He even brings a leek on stage so that you can deduct it for tax purposes.
He qualified for the final of this year's Night Wash Talent Award in an illustrious field.
Matti Walz will host the evening. The man from Rostock by choice hosts his own open mic and combines the charm of a harmless milquetoast with anarchic elements in his comedy. After his performances, he leaves parts of the audience irritated. In principle, however, he is very peaceful.
One evening, four artists, countless laughs! Get your tickets now, as space is limited.
Admission is from 7 pm via the cafe entrance in the Kittchen. The artists perform from 8 pm.
